Welcome to Concorpad! This platform is designed to make it easy for users to participate in IDOs in the Concordium ecosystem. The platform was created with the help of our partners at Alt.co, whose system we use to register and deposit funds for IDOs directly. The Alt.co platform helps us ensure your assets’ safety and continue on the path toward regulatory compliance, which is a cornerstone of the whole Concordium concept.

How to On-board on Alt.co?
After selecting a project of interest on the Concorpad website, you will be directed to the account creation tab on the Alt.co platform. The image below describes the path you will need to take to register your participation in the token sale. As you can see, a piece of cake!
1. Now, you need to create your own account or use an existing one:
If you are using Alt.co for the first time, click the “Sign up” button. The “Create Your Account” window will open in front of you, where you need to specify all the standard data for registration:
- Email;
- Phone Number;
- Login;
- Password;
- Referral Code (if there is any).
After that, click the “Sign up” button and enter in a new window the 6-digit code that will come to the e-mail you specified.
2. After successful registration, a window will open in front of you, showing all currently available token sales, as well as those that will be available soon. Find the project you are interested in and click on the “Participate” button:
3. Now, you need to choose in what capacity you will participate in the token sale: as an individual or as a representative of a company. Once you have chosen, you will get different ways to confirm your identity. KYC is necessary to ensure your funds’ safety and comply with current legislation!
Option for a private individual:
Proof of Liveness. In this step, you provide a scan of your government-issued document for verification by the Alt.co platform. For your convenience, you can do this with your phone or by taking a photo with your computer’s camera. Verification usually takes no more than 2 minutes, and your data remains confidential!
Note: To make the process as fast as possible, follow the on-screen instructions and read the pop-up notifications carefully.
Identify Information. Now, fill out the form with your personal information, such as name, date of birth, nationality, and so on. All required fields are shown in the screenshot below:
Beneficial Owner Form. Next, you need to sign electronic documents confirming that you are the owner of the funds spent on the token sale. There is nothing complicated here; just enter the data indicated on the screen and leave your signature:
Now, after filling in all the documents, click on the “Download and Continue” button and save a copy of the document to your device anywhere you want.
Option for corporate entities:
The registration route for corporate clients is virtually no different from private investors. The only difference is the need to provide data about your company rather than yourself:
Also, there is an additional verification step that requires you to complete a Controlling Party Form in which you provide additional corporation information:
4. After successful registration, project selection, and data verification, you can proceed to the most interesting part — the amount of your investment.
Select the tier of your investment. Depending on the amount you expect to invest, enter the exact amount of your investment and the currency in which you want to pay out.
There are now 4 levels available:
Tier 1–1k to 15k CHF equivalent
Tier 2–15k to 100k CHF equivalent
Tier 3–100k to 1M CHF equivalent
Tier 4–1M to 1000M CHF equivalent
Note: Please note that if you choose a high tier, you will need additional verification of the origin of the funds and potentially a video conference where Alt.co representatives can verify that you were the initiator of the investment.
Additional: This is the form you need to fill out to verify the origin of your funds. Please be sympathetic to the need for additional verifications, as this fulfills AML legislation requirements.
5. Congratulations! You are now a member of the token sale and can check the status of your position in the “Status Page” tab:
Answering Your Questions
Is My Data Safe?
All the data you input, and files you upload are asymmetrically (gpg) encrypted and securely stored on an isolated server. Personal data is not stored in plain text on the public server. For this reason, in the unlikely case of a hacker penetrating the server and accessing the full database, your personal data will not be compromised.
Are All Stages of Verification Necessary?
All the steps in this guide are designed to align the IDO process with current legislation. This is done for your own safety! In addition, only users with a large investment amount will have to go through all the verification stages. Smaller tiers are spared the need to provide additional information about the origin of funds, hold a video conference, and so on.
Who Is Alt.co?

Experiencing a “Wrong credentials” Error During Login?
- Incorrect Password. It’s possible the password entered is incorrect. If you’ve forgotten it, a reset is available.
- Username Error. Remember, your username may differ from your email address — it’s the name chosen during account creation. If forgotten, find it in the first line of the password reset email.
- Firewall Blacklisting. After multiple failed attempts, the firewall might temporarily blacklist you. Wait 30 minutes before trying again.
ID Upload Not Recognized?
Here are some tips to ensure your ID is recognized:
- Lay your ID flat and horizontally, making sure all edges are visible.
- Use PNG format with a low compression rate.
- Increase resolution (recommended: minimum 600px x 800px).
- Prevent reflections and enhance contrast for clearer character recognition.
